Die gesamte wärmegedämmte Wohnung wurde komplett saniert und renoviert: komplett neues Bad inkl. Fliesen, EBK-, Vollholz-Parkettböden in alles (Wohn-)Räumen. ZENTRALE LAGE, BESTE VERKEHRSANBINDUNG: 4 Linien des RMV: U1,2,3 +8. Die Station "Hügelstr". ist nur ein paar Schritte entfernt. Die Innenstadt, Campus "Ffm-Riedstadt" und Bad Homburg - sowie der nahegelegene Taunus (Hohemark) als Ausflugsorte - sind mit den genannten Linien des RMV (Rhein-Main Verkehrsverbund) sehr leicht und schnell erreichbar. - Im sehr großen, privaten Gartengelände mit altem Baumbestand befinden sich genügend viele überdachte Abstellplätze für Fahrräder.
